The Pro Staff Vertical has been finetuned to the needs of the modern vertical fishing for zander, perch and pike from the boat.

The blank’s tip action has been adjusted to be able to present even lures with heavy jigheads in strong currents and deep depths seductively. At any times the strong backbone offers enough power to set the hook effectively! This is of biggest importance when catching huge zander or pikes! The 1+1 segmentation of the blank offers a perfect bending curve under load and makes this rod nearly unbreakable under common fishing conditions.

The Pro Staff vertical rods are available in two version: One model with noble carbon fiber DAIWA Air Sensor reel seat for fixed spool reels while the other version features an original Fuji ACS reel seat for baitcasting reels (art.-no. 11324-195).

The blank fully loads during the cast and thus supports the angler cast by cast. The rod’s tip action and backbone have been constructed in a way to animate dull big lures to action and to buffer headshakes of hooked predators easily.
