Designed for the use of thin mono or braided lines the Spoon Trout 8PiF allows also casting of smallest spoons to long distances thanks to the X-Wind cross wrap. The 7 ball bearings and the accurately manufactured components care for a silky-smooth running and allow convenient application at fishing.

State-of-the-art saltwater spinning reel with particularly designed spool, which instantly meets the eye thanks to its large diameter and is famous for its outstanding casting properties. Thanks to the S-Stroke system an even line lay is ensured, regardless if monofilament or braided lines are used.
This reel is perfectly applicable as light jigging reel or for spin fishing at the sea. All components are highly robust, since even light jigging is quite demanding for fishing reels.
This reel further features our novel Brake Block drag system, 4 "NCBB" steel ball bearings, a super-strong aluminum longcast spool and our S-Stroke system, which guarantees a perfect line lay. The Big Cat 5PiF catfish reel combines high toughness and winding power with a smooth and well-balanced running as well as high line capacity. The strong and thick-walled body cares for a safe housing of the power gear and allows a high power transmission at the fight with large catfish. The particularly developed CNC-cut aluminum spool features a high line capacity and is also suited for the use of strong braided lines.
