A unique ‘go anywhere‘ fishmeal

The Source boilie range really needs no introduction  – the unmistakeable smell is probably one of Europe’s best selling carp fishing boilies ever and has been helping anglers everywhere to land fish since it was first developed over a decade ago.

Developed with carp legend Terry Hearn and the Dynamite product development way back in 2002 – (and we have never changed or modified the recipe since) this now legendary bait range is as good now as it was back then, catching some of the World’s finest carp, barbel, tench and many other species.

we spent many months sourcing and refining the ingredients and tweaking and testing the recipe until we were 100% confident that this bait would stand the test of time.  In fact it is testimony to the boilie that in recent years many have tried hard to copy it and failed.

Made with a  high protein low temperature fishmeal and other natural ingredients including Haiths Robin Red® to give the bait its deep red colour and spicy flavour and several other special ingredients.  Added crushed egg shell gives the bait it’s unique texture and a crunch that carp love.

The Source has been responsible for many captures in the UK and abroad, from 50lb+ carp and countless specimen barbel, it’s a real ‘go to bait ’ for anglers fishing an unknown water – making it a sound choice to take with you on overseas trips.

The item is tied using Edges Naturals 50lb Leadcore. It features 3 x 75cm lengths supplied with Power Grip Tail Rubbers, size 7 Safety Lead Clips, Micro Anti Tangle Sleeves and size 7 Kwik Change Swivels. Benefits from “Naturals” colouration which is dark green and unobtrusive.

Having looked at the bait delivery devices currently available on the market our product design team at Fox believed that there was still room for further development for a product that could perform in a different way. Following an extensive three year research and development programme plus countless hours of field testing the Fox Impact Spod was born.

Sold under license from Spomb® Fishing Limited, the Impact Spod boasts a number of unique features that sets it apart from any other bait delivery device currently on the market. Features such as a unique ‘scoop’ body shape, allow for rapid, single handed loading. This unique body and lid design not only enables you to fill the device very quickly, it also allows for highly efficient loading, resulting in a ‘one scoop’ operation that fills the entire inner compartment! This ‘complete fill’ enables you to put your bait out as quickly as possible, and additionally allows for an even weight distribution, which in turn makes it very stable in flight. Another benefit of the scoop design, in addition to the easy loading, is that it enables a tapered bait release should you wish to create a wider spread of free offerings, as opposed to tightly grouped patches, this is feature can be particularly handy when fishing a boilie-only approach or ‘big hit’ fishing with multiple rods on one large baited area.
