Studen Kladenets
The Studen Kladenets lake is the third largest reservoir by volume in Bulgaria after Iskar and Kardzhali.. It is situated on the river Arda,.There are another two lakes of the Arda - Kardzhali lake to the west (upstream) and Ivaylovgrad lake to the east (downstream).
Studen Kladenets reservoir is an attractive place for fishermen, where rudd is caught in great numbers. "Studen Kladenets" stands for "a cold well" in Bulgarian .

Redfish, catfish, whitefish, baboon, riverfish, carp.
