Before you tighten the head, choose a position where the fishing rod lies in the silicone zone without the form resting on a hard part. Set the slope after insertion, not on an eye with an empty support. If you move the platform or peg along a bumpy bank, check the button again because the working angle may already be different.

The measuring pegs perform another task. The section has a set with rope 5 m and two colored movable limiters through which different distances can be scored. You stick the pegs at the set distance and count the turns on the fishing line. This helps restore the point after a break or rearrangement without relying on just feeling. One limiter can mark the main distance and the other the spare distance without moving the pegs themselves.

Compatibility starts at the rig location. Determine whether you are using a stand-alone peg attached to a platform or other support, then check the thread and the freedom to rotate. Position the support so that when detected, the fishing rod is lifted freely, without the handle to hang the platform. Do not compensate for an inappropriate angle with excessive tightening on an unstable base.

After fishing, remove the mud from the thread, silicone center and moving mechanism before removing the parts. Examine soft contact areas for cuts and make sure the adjustment is not blocked by grit.
