The Cheburash gives a hinged movement between the weight and the hook. The removable clip facilitates the changeover, but must be completely closed and match the hook ear. Choose a weight that holds contact at the desired pace. If the mass is excessive, the lure falls unnaturally and the risk of hooking grows; if it's insufficient, you lose control and you don't read the relief.
Tungsten is denser than lead and allows a more compact body at a similar mass, with high sensitivity and resistance to deformation. This does not mean that it is always necessary. The shape, price, visibility of the marking and the type of bottom also matter. Compare the same rig under similar conditions, instead of changing material and weight at the same time.
The total bait mass, hook mass and weight should remain in the rod test. Before casting, check the knot, swivel and clip. Keep weights separate and clearly marked, because a small visual difference can change the keeping. After contact with stones, inspect the edges. A deformed weight or sharp ring can damage the line at the next load. Takes brief notes on the weight, depth and current; so the next shift will be justified, not random.
For accurate rig compare Spinning Fishing, the general Weights, the silicone lures and jig heads and Spinners and Spinners. The weight is determined by the whole tackle.
