Compact accessories of round, elliptical and oval shape are collected in the BULDO section. They should not be chosen only by appearance, because geometry and diameter must comply with the particular tackle. The selection is limited to a few items and does not claim to represent all models of the French brand.

Elliptical Bulldot EOE - diameter 25/30/40 mm is an original French model with a pronounced elliptical shape. The diameter is the first landmark in the selection, but you have to consider it along with the fishing rod, line and way of feeding. Do not automatically reach for the largest designation if the entire rig does not require such a change.

The Round Bulldot S model is available with 25/30/40 mm diameter, follows the classic round construction and is also an original French product. The essential apparent difference to the elliptical variant is the shape. When you don't have experience with the particular tackle, do a controlled test cast and evaluate its behavior instead of attributing one geometry to unstated advantages.

Bulldot oval OE 301, red has a more specific purpose: can participate in fly fishing, sea fishing and spinning. Its depth of sinking is regulated by the amount of water poured into it. Start with a moderate amount and observe the real trajectory in the water, because the goal is to reach the desired layer without changing the rig more than necessary.

It is most important not to carry the water regulation function automatically to the other forms. For the oval model, it is a defining mode of tuning; in the other two, the sure criteria are the shape and the indicated diameter. Before fishing, check the connection to the line, the total load and freedom of movement. A twisted line or an unfitting fishing rod will not be repaired by the choice of a different hull.

After a sea outing, empty the adjustable accessory and rinse it with clean water. Dry all the bodies, inspect the surface and attachment points, then put them away separately from hooks and weights that can scratch them. Don't leave them stuck in a crowded box. On next use, recheck the shore mount before switching to a strong or long haul.
