This section is narrow and practical: is aimed at an external-coated whiteout. Such a tool makes sense when making carp mounts, when a specific section of the knitted leader must be released without the remaining shell being removed. This gives better control over the preparation right on the rigging table.

Whitewasher CARP SPIRIT - Strip Eaze is shaped to lie between the thumb and index finger. The ergonomic grip helps keep the movement calm and directed, and its purpose is safe and easy removal of the outer cover on a knit leader. It is useful for single mounts near the water and for pre-preparation of several identical leaders at home.

Before work, determine where the bare section should start, rather than peeling along an approximate length. The cause is led through the working area without twisting, and the pressure remains moderate. The tool does not replace scissors and should not be used to cut the core or press knots.

Work on short, controlled movements and stop as soon as the coating is detached into the planned area. If a longer soft section is needed, process it gradually rather than with one strong pull. Then, inspect the knit along the entire exposed length. Wrinkling, broken threads or uneven transition cause the leader to be made again.

The prepared section should correspond to the particular rig, not to a habit from a previous outing. The position of the knot, the length of the hair and the place from which the leader should remain without coverage are decided together. Thus, the peeler serves for precise preparation without requiring a change of the other components on the line.

After finishing, remove the remnants of the coating and put the tool away separately from hooks, needles and weights. The work area must remain clean because the accumulated particles make it difficult to evenly keep the leader. Do not force a thicker or inappropriately located section; if the movement is not smooth, release the leader and start again. Patience here costs less than a compromised ready-made rig.
