In this context, SENSOR should not be presented as a stand-alone brand. Daiwa's official pages use SENSOR Clear and Hyper Sensor as model lines monofilament fishing lines. Therefore, the correct reading is the manufacturer Daiwa, followed by the specific name of the line, diameter and pack size.

The difference is important when looking for the right product. The SENSOR inscription may be most visible on the spool, but check the Daiwa logo and the full model name. Clear and Hyper Sensor should not be taken as the same just because of the common word. Check the label, code and table of the selected option.

In monofilament, first compare the nominal diameter, stated strength and spool length. Don't just pick by weight: thicker fishing line takes up more space, affects distance and changes rig behavior. Use the data from the specific packaging because the individual diameters in a line have different values.

Then decide what role the fishing line will perform. Main line, shock leader and leader are loaded differently. Consider the size of the reel, the cast weight, the obstacles, the flow and the type of knots. The name SENSOR does not negate the need for stock relative to the most difficult moment in the chosen technique.

Before winding, check the edge of the spool and guides for injuries. Place the roll in the right direction, maintain an even moderate tension and do not overfill the reel. If the fishing line twists, stop and adjust the feed. Wet the knot before tightening and cut the end cleanly without heating the monofilament.

On the shore, examine the first meters after contact with stones, mussels or vegetation. A rough section, flattening, strong springing shape or a change of color cause the affected part to be cut off. After fishing, keep the spool from direct sun and high temperature and note when the line is rolled.

For comparison by technique, look at total fishing lines and leaders, then separately fishing lines and leaders for carp fishing, fishing line and feeder fishing leaders and fishing lines and causes for spinning. Thus, each SENSOR line of Daiwa is selected by the real task, not as a separate brand.
