Distance fishing, a key element and important technique in modern feeder fishing! Daiwa ’23 TDR DISTANCE 25 QD was created specifically for this aspect of feeder fishing, allowing you to reach any distance with precise accuracy and ease.

The 25 mm shallow ‘LC’ Long Cast spool with a capacity of 150 m – 0.28mm not only facilitates the smooth, unrestricted release of line from the spool, but thanks to its design, it also balances retrieval speed with winding power. The spool’s double tapered lip generates minimal friction during casting, ensuring the line unwinds smoothly from the reel and enabling optimal distances.

The combination of a reel with a “mini big pit” profile and a gear ratio of 4.7:1 provides almost 1 m of line retrieved with 1 turn.

Thanks to the Digigear II gear and 6 high-quality bearings, high levels of power are ensured, and even when the reel is under serious load, it operates exceptionally smoothly. For all feeder anglers, distance control is crucial, so with the unique HIP line clip, this happens with ease.

And for moments when switching from monofilament to braided line is necessary, the reel is equipped with a Super Shallow spare spool with a capacity of 135m – 0.12 mm (braided line).
