I decided to visit Rybarnik Ognyanovo, despite the solid amount of fish that inhabits the water, the fish there are always difficult, due to the constant press quite a few anglers and regularly organized competitions. Yesterday happened and the coldest morning so far of the fall, the car thermometer at times showed 1 degree as I traveled. I liked a spot on the fishing venue and the first thing I did was touch the water, and it was pretty cold, which didn't bode very much of an intense fishing.

I felt the lead weight at the bottom in front of me and despite the many silts I managed to find a place I could feed with 3 small method feeders Daiwa Weight Change Method Feeder 20 gr – small. I've been very careful not to screw up the fishing. It was quickly realized at the beginning that fish would not reach for any wafters, however micro-sized I tried, small hooks, super presentations, etc. After 2 hours of samples I passed the 18/20-number hooks and the 1-2 outstretched whites I started catching nice carp of very good size. I hunted with 0.12mm Daiwa Tournament Rig Line and fish pulling was a little bit longer, but very challenging. Here I can not hide that one of my favorite feeders Daiwa Spectron Commercial Feeder 3.30m/50gr again shone with its wonderful work and did “rat out“ not a single fish. I had put 1 oz MTQ peak, which accounted for the wonderfully timid bites. Reel TDR 3012, and for a basic fishing line I tried one of the new models of DAIWA J-THREAD GREY – 600m - 0.235mm. Pretty tough and strong fishing line, perfect in my opinion for a feeder disciplines method.

It was a good trip with outwitting large and capricious fish, so as a conclusion it is time to switch to winter and heavy (perhaps) feeder trips.
