Daiwa 23 Exceler LT the next generation with Airdrive design!
Thanks to the new lightweight Airdrive rotor, the starting resistance to winding is reduced. The total weight of the reel is reduced due to its lightening at the front, thus the balance is shifted to the back of the reel. This results in better balance relative to the fishing rod, improved sensitivity and better casting performance. The reel housing is made of Zaion V material, which prevents distortion on the housing, and the Tough Digigear gear ensures constant smooth operation. The new Airdrive bigel is lighter than before, but it is ultimately extremely robust and significantly reduces the risk of entanglement during casting. The ATD Type-L drag system ensures even and optimized line release without starting resistance, providing the required safety when fighting a large specimen. The Longcast ABS aluminum spool features a special edge that contributes to longer cast distances. The Twistbuster III design of the roll at the bigeel is ideal for use with braided lines - it does not compress the fishing line during subtraction, and twisting is minimized. CNC machined milled aluminum handle is screwed firmly into the housing, contact is direct and any gaps are missing.
