The Daiwa 24 Luvias LT impresses exclusively with its low weight and silky smooth stroke. The combination of the innovative Airdrive design with the specially treated Tough Digigear surface brings out the 24 Luvias LT to the next level of quality.
The lightweight Airdrive rotor shifts the center of gravity to the back of the reel and provides significantly better balance and sensitivity ideal reel selection at UL or Light fishing, and not only. The hollow biggel Airdrive reduces the risk of entanglement of the line, and its design has been completely redesigned. The Airdrive shaft is supported on the cog by two ball bearings to create a virtually non-contact structure, reducing friction and providing incredibly good post-draw sensitivity. The extremely large drive gear MQ has a special treated surface that provides more durability and smoother rotation. The Monocoque housing made of Zaion material is extremely lightweight and is absolutely impossible to deform, thus ensuring the perfect location of the internal reducer.
A new rubber seal was designed for the handle, which significantly reduced the penetration of rain or splashing water through it.
Power Custom (PC) models have a larger body than normal LT reels.
