The reel body is made from Zaion - light, strong, wear-resistant and built for long-term use. Inside it, a precise mechanism is reliably housed, ensuring smooth and secure reel operation. The Longcast aluminium spool (LC) is equipped with a special "hard" lip that reduces line friction as it comes off the spool and increases casting distance by around 5%. The aluminium spool has two symmetrically positioned metal line clips with a special cushioning effect on the line during casting.
