With Black Widow XT Bait, DAIWA offers universally applicable fishing rods for use with live bait for predator fishing such as pike, whitefish and eel, but also for coarser fishing on the line, bream or carp.
The HMC+ carbon fishing line semi-parabolic form of this series of fishing rods is loaded in an exceptional way and allows long casts without damaging or even losing delicate hook baits during cast.
The 20-60g models are literally designed for fishing with dead whitefish fish in low current, but are also the right choice for presenting fresh worms to a float when fishing for eel.
The 30-90 g-casting weight model allows the presentation of natural lures in remote locations and enables the angler to use larger weights as well.
With models having a casting weight up to 125 g, pike fighting from 1 m or 15 kg carp over long distances is not a problem. Titanium oxide guides and a pleasant cork handle provide the Black Widow XT fishing rods with an elegant look.
